Right of Withdrawal / Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order – perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, credited back to you. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@djumpz.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for trying out the product, we may charge you for the decrease in value. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is properly packaged for return.
Exchanging a Product?
Would you like to exchange your product? That’s no problem! Please contact us at info@djumpz.com. Note that you will bear the costs of returning the product.
Incorrect Delivery Address?
Did you accidentally provide an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to modify the order for you in time.
